This monolithic object, which enriches the Cambium collection, is not defined. It is a sculpture when not in use and becomes an object/small piece of furniture when a book is placed on it.
Its name, ‘Liber’, is the name of the part of a tree trunk that allows sap to circulate, but liber in Latin also means book.
